Colorado is cracking down on drivers who don’t move over when coming upon vehicles on the side of the road.  The law is to move over to give the emergency vehicles plenty of room, if you can’t get over then your supposed slow way down.  I drive a lot and whenever there is any vehicle on the side of the road I move over into the other lane.  It’s very scary to be stuck on the side of the road…
